30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used water fountains with signs of water exposure

  • Used paw cleaners

  • Products with pet hair, dirt, or visible wear

  • Replacement filters or consumable items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Electronic products showing signs of misuse, water damage (outside intended use), or physical damage are not eligible for refund.


How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos (if item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Do not send items back without prior authorization.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • Or a full refund

We may not be able to process claims submitted after 48 hours.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience an issue, please contact us first before opening a dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while investigated.
